When you submit feedback, we store the email address or name you provide so we can respond. These submissions are optional.

We use first-party cookies to remember interface preferences during your session. If analytics are enabled, they run in anonymised mode, respecting the Do Not Track setting where available.

4. US privacy considerations

Technical logs rotate every 90 days. Optional feedback data is kept for the duration of the support conversation and removed within 12 months.
